This Scholarship giveaway is being sponsored by NHHELCO at 4 Barrell Court, Concord, NH 03301.

NO OBLIGATION. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. AN EXISTING RELATIONSHIP WITH NHHELCO OR THE NHHEAF NETWORK DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCE OF WINNING. This Promotion and its terms are void where prohibited by Federal or State law.

Eligibility: This scholarship giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who, are or will be enrolled at any Title IV eligible college or university by September 30, 2023; and foreign students with a valid visa who are or will be enrolled at a Title IV eligible college or university by September 30, 2023. "Title IV eligible college or university" refers to those that are eligible under Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965.

The following individuals are NOT eligible to participate:

• Previous winners of the EDvestinU^® National Monthly Scholarship Giveaway,
• Previous winners of the EDvestinU^® National Quarterly Scholarship Giveaway,
• Employees of the NHHEAF Network or its affiliates, and
• Family members and any persons living in the same household of an employee.

Prize: Each quarterly promotion that is held will conclude with the selection of three (3) $1,500.00 scholarship winners for a total prize value of $4,500. Scholarship winners will be awarded a $1,500.00 scholarship to be paid, on each winner’s behalf, to the eligible college or university, upon verification of the winner's enrollment on at least a half time basis as defined by that college or university.

To Enter: Go to www.edvestinu.com and click on the scholarship giveaway link. In order to enter this giveaway, participants must provide their full name, mailing address, phone number, and current valid e–mail address, along with the name of the college or university and the class level at which he or she is currently enrolled or will be enrolled.

Only entries received by 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") on the last day of the corresponding promotion quarter will be eligible for that months drawing. Since each drawing represents a separate promotion, willing participants must complete an entry each month in which he or she wishes to be eligible for the random drawing; entries will not be carried over into subsequent promotions. Limit one entry per person, per quarter.

The sponsor is not responsible for, and will void, incomplete, lost, misdirected, or otherwise faulty entries, regardless of the cause. The sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify entries at its sole discretion if it is believed that the entry was received as the result of unfair, deceptive or harmful practices.

Winning: Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries that quarter and the drawings will occur on or around the first of the following quarter. Two winners each quarter will be chosen from the pool of eligible entrants who are residents of New Hampshire and are/will be attending a Title IV eligible college or university, or who are not New Hampshire residents (including foreign residents with a valid visa) and are/will be attending a Title IV eligible college or university in New Hampshire. One winner each quarter will be chosen from the pool of eligible entrants who are U.S. residents outside of New Hampshire and are/will be attending a Title IV eligible college or university outside of New Hampshire, or are foreign residents with a valid visa who are/will be attending a Title IV eligible college or university. Winners will not be eligible to win in subsequent quarters. Winners may not choose an alternate prize and the prize may not be transferred. Except where prohibited by law, winners shall agree that NHHELCO may use his or her name, likeness, general biographical information and statements for publicity purposes without further compensation or limitation in connection with the giveaway. Each winner will be responsible for any tax implications that come as a result of winning.

Odds of Winning: Each eligible entry has an equal chance of winning. Odds of winning depend directly on the number of eligible entries received.

Notification: Notification will be sent to each winner within 10 days after the drawing via the mailing address provided at the time of entry. If the participant does not respond to the notification within 30 days, refuses receipt of the prize, or if the winner is unable to provide the necessary enrollment verification, the Sponsor reserves the right to retain ownership of the prize or to award that prize to a different entrant drawn at random from all remaining eligible entries. Reasonable follow–up attempts may be used to contact the winner as deemed necessary by NHHELCO.

Privacy: The information provided to the sponsor will be used to communicate with entrants regarding this Sweepstakes and, unless the participant has opted out, as set forth in these Official Rules, the sponsor may contact participants at a later date with respect to products or financial tips which the sponsor believes may be of interest to them. By submitting an entry, all entrants acknowledge and agree that the personal information that they have provided will be maintained by the sponsor in accordance with the sponsor's Privacy Policy.

Governing Law: The substantive laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States apply to and govern this Sweepstakes and any claims must be raised and resolved in the Federal or state courts located in Merrimack County, New Hampshire.

Limitation on Liability: By agreeing to the rules herein, the participant agrees to indemnify the sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents as well as its employees, directors and officers for any cost, loss or damage of any kind resulting from his or her participation in this promotion.

Right to Modify, Suspend or Terminate: The sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this scholarship promotion at any time, at its sole discretion.
